Feb. 20-24, 2012. A welcome gathering will be held Sunday, Feb. 19, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Gradall hospitality suite at the Holiday Inn & Suites, not far from the Gradall factory. Actual training hours are 8 a.m to 5 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to noon on Friday.

Gradall has reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn & Suites in New Philadelphia. Call 330-339-7731 and ask for the "In-House Representative." The room block is named “Gradall Service Training” and the reservations must be made by no later than Jan. 19, 2012.

Gradall has arranged for special room rates: $79.99 for regular rooms and $109.99 for suites.


• Travel
Be sure to arrive on Sunday, Feb. 19, and do not plan to depart from Gradall until noon on Friday, Feb. 24.

There are four airports within a two-hour drive of the factory:


• Canton/Akron Regional Airport (CAK), 36 miles
• Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT), 80 miles
• Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) 88 miles
• Port Columbus International Airport (CMH) 109 miles
If you are flying into Canton/Akron Regional Airport, be sure to let us know your arrival and departure times and we will make arrangements for your transportation to the Holiday Inn.

Once you have arrived at the Holiday Inn, all transportation will be provided for school enrollees.


• Service School Cost
The cost of the Gradall 2012 Factory Service School is $400 per person. If you sign up on or before Dec. 31, 2011, the cost will be $350.

Your enrollment fee covers all training, lunches, dinner on Thursday night, manuals and CDs, transportation between the hotel and factory and, if applicable, transportation between the hotel and Canton/Akron Regional Airport.

What this cost does NOT include is dinner on all nights other than Thursday, air fare, lodging expenses and travel to and from any airport other than the Canton/Akron Regional Airport.
